The Recruitment Procedure
 

 

NoRo Consulting Services respects the following procedure, with regards to the recruitment stages, which is based on the personal and professional profile of the ideal candidate, provided by the employer.

 

The Selection of the Candidates

  • Creation and posting of the employment advertisements
  • Active search in our data base which contains over 170000 CVs
  • Search and contact the suitable candidates from the data bases available on the Romanian human resources web sites
  • Advertisement campaigns and selection of the applicants
  • Recommended candidates
  • Head hunting

 

The Recruitment of the Candidates

  • Contacting the candidates by telephone
  • Conducting the pre-interview in order to primary evaluate the candidates’ abilities and expectancies
  • Present the employment offer to the candidates
  • Elaborate the candidates’ report
  • Present the selected candidates according to the requests of the position

 

The Evaluation of the Candidates

  • Evaluation of the professional competencies
  • According to the requested position we apply various evaluation techniques: professional questionnaires, tests and questionnaires or specific and general abilities
  • Evaluation of the psycho-individual competencies
  • By use of our own methodology we elaborate a personality profile for each of the candidates, which comprises mainly the characteristics requested for the respective position
  • Evaluation of the candidates’ ability to accommodate with the employer’s organizational structure
  • Verify the candidates’ references

 

Presenting the Candidates

  • Organize the interview with the employer and the selected candidates
  • Assist the employer in evaluating the candidates
  • Feed-back from the employer

  • Following the employment decision we organize the meeting for the signing of the labour contract with the assistance of our specialists
  • Support the employed candidate in order to adapt within the new organizational structure
